Guidelines of Use

The Devon Learning Network has been created to encourage members from a range of agencies to engage and communicate with one another, share resources and insights and above all learn from each other. We would like managers from our member organisations to discuss people management issues. For example:

  • How do I give effective feedback?
  • What is coaching?
  • How do I motivate a staff member who is under-performing?
  • How can I support my staff through organisational change?
  • How can I manage flexible working fairly?

These are just a few important issues facing managers on a regular, if not daily basis. There are many more…..
