Introduction

Supervision is a tool to enable workers to both deliver their objectives and do their job effectively.  The tool focuses on ensuring that workers have both the physical and the emotional resources to function productively.

Supervision is delivered in person to person meetings both as individuals and as groups.  Meetings can be either formal or informal.
